Exchange Policies

🔁 Eligibility for Exchange

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Exchange is only possible for the same item (in case of size or defect) or a similar item of equal value.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

Used or damaged products due to customer handling

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

Customized or personalized items

📝 How to Request an Exchange

Order number

Reason for exchange

Clear photos (if defective or wrong item)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

📦 Return Shipping

If the exchange is due to a mistake on our end (defect or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

For other reasons (size change, etc.), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

⏱️ Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
